The Ministry of Environment and Tourism has reaffirmed its commitment to improving project management capabilities within the public sector. This initiative is marked by the launch of a specialized training program at the University of Botswana.
The workshop will cover essential project management skills, including the use of Microsoft Project, to equip participants with the necessary tools for effective project execution.
Professor Patricia Mogomotsi, who is spearheading the program, emphasized the importance of such training in fostering a skilled workforce capable of managing public sector projects efficiently.
